Orders typically takes between 2 to 5 business days to process. Shipping time is typically between 2 to 10 business days depending on your location.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?
A return request must be sent to social@gertex.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in an unworn, unwashed condition. A return label fee of $5 will apply to returned items. If your item arrived damaged/defective, please email social@gertex.com within 14 days of the delivery date with a clear photo of the damage.
