We offer self-managed returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in an unworn, unwashed condition. Navigate to the 'Returns' page to generate your return shipping label.

If product is to be returned via post, we charge a flat rate return fee of $15. If you'd like to return your item to our office, you will not be charged.

If your item arrived damaged/defective, please email social@gertex.com within 14 days of the delivery date with a clear photo of the damage.
